We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data Products to help shape the future of Datavant’s data capabilities within our Payer vertical. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role, focused on building and scaling data as a product — enabling internal teams and new product lines through a unified data model, strong foundations, and elegant solutions to complex data challenges.

You’ll lead the effort to design and evolve a common data model that supports a growing suite of payer-focused products and reporting, and you'll be responsible for solving some of the toughest data problems in healthcare. You’ll work across Engineering, Business Insights, Retrieval Operations, and Product to ensure our data infrastructure is not only robust and scalable, but also intuitive and valuable to both internal teams and external customers.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about the intersection of data architecture, product thinking, and business strategy — and who thrives in ambiguity. This is an opportunity to start at square one: evaluating existing systems and opportunities, partnering closely with stakeholders, and shaping the  data foundation.

What You'll Bring

•  6+ years in product management, ideally with experience building data-heavy or platform-level products
•  Strong familiarity with healthcare data, with a bonus for experience in the payer risk adjustment space
• Deep comfort working with engineering and data analytics teams to tackle ambiguous and complex data challenges
•  A systems mindset — you enjoy untangling complexity and building structures that scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data governance, data infrastructure, or common data models
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn, kind in your approach, and relentless about getting things done

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:$170,000—$200,000 USD
