Data Analyst/Report Writer

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice
requires the services of a Data Analyst Report / Writer - PeopleSoft/Capps
Financials Developer who meets the general qualifications of Data Analyst
Report Writer - 3. The report writer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft
Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include analyzing and modifying Capps
data and creating financial reports as requested by the business unit,
utilizing PeopleSoft Query Manager.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and
working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote
work environment. Must be able to work off-hours at different phases of the
project.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications,
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (minimum of four tools).

This remote position may occasionally require
the contractor to work on-site. The office is 815 11th St, Huntsville, TX
77340. In-person meetings may be required in Huntsville, TX, and advance notice
will be given. Travel expenses are not covered or reimbursed by the Agency.
This position may be required to work non-standard
hours depending on project needs.
All work must be performed with TDCJ hardware
only. A laptop and any required peripherals will be provided.
Must be able to pass a CJIS background check.
