ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide in-depth analyses using large datasets (e.g. performance, trend, variance, predictive analysis) to support strategic decision-making and actionable insights
• Leverage reporting tools and technology to automate report generation and data workflows
• Develop custom reports and analyses utilizing multiple data sources
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, IT, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure reports are clear, insightful, and tailored to the needs of end-users across the organization
• Proactively identify, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Continuous evaluation of processes for efficiency, relevancy, and optimal usability

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science and/or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years reporting and/or data analysis experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Experience using AI tools preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High degree of accuracy required
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task, and shift priorities as business conditions demand
