We are currently seeking a Service Communications Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage incoming service requests and coordinate internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage incoming service-related inquiries from tenants and property owners.

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with vendors, technicians, and other service partners.

  • Log, track, and update service requests using our internal systems.

  • Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in preparing service reports and documentation.

  • Collaborate with the property management team to improve service workflows.

  • Support scheduling and coordination of property inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in a communications, customer service, or administrative role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
