Software Engineer Manager - Mobile Engineering

The Software Engineer Manager - Mobile will get to: 

• Lead our iOS and Android Engineering team  
• Architect robust and highly reliable mobile systems that will impact millions of users with    
• Provide technical leadership to the engineers and be accountable for the technical decisions made on your team  
• Design, build and launch mobile applications with phenomenal UI/UX ensuring 5-star ratings in mobile app stores  
• Grow, educate, hire, and retain a high-performing team passionate about solving moon shots
• Build a culture of engineering excellence focusing on usability, performance, scalability, reliability, and security 

Your experience: 

• B.S. in C.S., C.E., E.E. or related STEM degree, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred   
• 5+ years of experience building and architecting Android, iOS, or IoT systems 
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering projects with multiple engineers in an agile cross-functional environment 
• Proven track record of building products with outstanding quality and phenomenal user experience  
• 2+ years of people management experience
