This role offers potential for expansion within a Nordic organizational context.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>You would also:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Play an integral role in the development and implementation of processes and policies.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure the organization has up-to-date agreements on indirect materials and services.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Lead supplier negotiations and contract management.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Develop strategic action plans to drive cost savings by category and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Take the next step in the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including system landscape management.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>This position requires some travel and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our team and the broader organization. Join us and help shape the future of secure solutions!</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>The skills and experience you need </b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>We are looking for someone who:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Has 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Is proficient in a Scandinavian language (or currently studying it) and fluency in English.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Has strong expertise in purchasing tools and practices, with experience in a similar position, possibly at the managerial level or with aspirations for management.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Is hands-on and equally enjoys the varied nature of indirect spend—whether that’s providing daily support to internal teams or driving long-term strategic improvements.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>Ideally, you are highly organized, manage tasks and administration independently, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.
