Senior Sales Trainer

As a Senior Sales Trainer you will focus on inspiring our Team members by teaching them both about the industry and to help attorneys see the value in a LegalMatch Account.

We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented Senior Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The Senior Sales Trainer conducts ongoing training for all skill levels, including new hire, refresher, and remedial training sessions. This position reports directly to the Director of Membership. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Leads ongoing training processes that includes updating best practices and strategy; messaging; prospecting methods; and ensure adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
• Must be able to type quickly and efficiently to help close sales by line feeding to sales reps on live calls.
• Monitor quality and trainee aptitude by listening to calls and providing coaching feedback to the leadership team
• Ensure all new hires complete their initial training and before transitioning to their assigned supervisor.
• Be the first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
• Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within team
• Conducts in-depth needs assessments of potential clients
• Celebrates the accomplishments of their team
• Ongoing Quality Assurance of the Sales Team, including but not limited to monitoring calls, line feeding, and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum 4 years in a Sales Trainer position, 6+ years preferred
• CRM Experience Required - Salesforce CRM preferred
• Strong product and selling skills knowledge.
