Sr. Operations Manager DDB (Contract/Temp)

As a Senior Operations Manager, D&D Beyond you will drive inventory, order fulfillment and site operations for the D&D Beyond Marketplace. You will work with business and product marketing teams to attain sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Our team is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager with a deep understanding of e-commerce technology and processes, strong communication skills, and experience solving complex problems with a data-driven approach. You will define and optimize business processes to ensure the well-functioning of the site. You will manage inputs and outputs for performance indicators such as in-stock rate, delivery lead time, and issue resolution speed.

As the owner of storefront operations, you will continuously improve business processes related to storefront operations and provide system requirements to improve storefront operational capabilities. You will collaborate with teams across D&D, WotC, and Hasbro, regarding processes and performance metrics.

Strong remote work experience and both written and verbal communication skills are a must. A solid understanding of, and appreciation for, D&D is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage metrics for customer delivery experience and in-stock performance.
• Partner with supply chain team to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Provide second-level customer support and work with development team to resolve issues where needed.
• Identify areas to improve operational performance and implement solutions.
• Perform system administration and configuration tasks.
• Document requirements for improvements to the Marketplace.
• Communicate operational performance to peers and leadership.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years retail operations management or related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct customer impact.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with supply chain or logistics management.
• Experience in influencing leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Order Management.
• Experience with Dungeons & Dragons.
