About the role
Think Water Resources is all about pipes and pumps? Think again! Our Water Division is at the heart of managing essential data and documentation, and we need your expertise to help us keep everything organized and running smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll do (and why it matters):
- Survey & Document: Inventory of all types of data and documents used across the Water Division.
- Map Storage: Identify where and how these resources are saved—digital platforms, shared drives, or physical files.
- Collaborate: Work with Water Division staff to gather details and ensure accuracy.

Experience/Education
- Currently enrolled in an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree program in Database Management, Database Developer, Data Science, Data Analyst, Data Science Engineer, Data Architect or related field.
Eligibility Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants should be able to commit to the entire internship duration.
Pay Scale
- College Intern – 1st year completed $17
- College Intern – 2nd year completed: $18
- College Intern – 3rd/4th year completed: $19
- Graduate Student: up to $25 – pay commensurate with experience
Internship Duration: May 18th – August 7th
