As an International Staff Development Coordinator at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

• Function as a coordinator, educator, consultant, and patient advocate
• Assess learning needs related to staff performance
• Prioritize learning activities
• Facilitate the adult learning process
• Assist with initiating evidence-based and research projects that directly impact nursing care
• Facilitate adherence to standards to determine appropriateness and current nursing clinical practice outcomes processes, staff development, and quality management
• Assist with development of mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes
• Promote staff personal and professional growth
• Foster an environment of excellence which supports clinical knowledge, clinical inquiry, quality, and safety through the integration of relevant research/evidence-based practice into nursing practice.

General Requirements: 

• Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois
• More than 3 years experience required

Education: 

• Bachelors in Nursing Education
