Your role in our mission

• Execute Data Governance Plan for project implementation plan and Initiation Work Plan. Focusing on specific task level details and execution efficiency.
• Ensure integration and execution of the Data Management Plan Data Governance and Data Quality sections with wider Data Management activities.
• Liaison between production team and Data Management team, capturing specific data requirements for the data team for development.
• Support and execute strategy for data monitoring and reporting across various service components.
• Data analysis for a product team (Can we expand e.g. pull data, evaluate date, etc.?).
• Identify and capture data needs.
• Manage definition of data elements.
• Maintenance of data dictionaries.
• Support data quality and root-cause analysis of quality issues.
• Provide input to data policies, standards, and procedures.
• Documentation, monitoring and maintenance of Data Quality rules.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience with Data Governance, 2 or more with Collibra software. 
• Two or more years of experience with database structures and operations. 
• Experience working with healthcare data. 

 

What you should expect in this role

• Willingness to travel to Sacramento, CA, is occasionally required.

 

The pay range for this position is $99,900.00 - $142,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
