Summary
Gainwell is the leading provider of technology services and solutions that are vital to the administration of health and human services programs. We’re a relatively new company, formed in October 2020, but we have been serving state and local clients for decades and have solution offerings in 50 US states and territories. We have been serving one of our state clients for over 40 years and several states for more than 20 years.

Your role in our mission
- Execute Data Governance Plan for project implementation plan and Initiation Work Plan. Focusing on specific task level details and execution efficiency.
- Ensure integration and execution of the Data Management Plan Data Governance and Data Quality sections with wider Data Management activities.
- Liaison between production team and Data Management team, capturing specific data requirements for the data team for development.
- Support and execute strategy for data monitoring and reporting across various service components.
- Data analysis for a product team (Can we expand e.g. pull data, evaluate date, etc.?).
- Identify and capture data needs.
- Manage definition of data elements.
- Maintenance of data dictionaries.
- Support data quality and root-cause analysis of quality issues.
- Provide input to data policies, standards, and procedures.
- Documentation, monitoring and maintenance of Data Quality rules.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience with Data Governance, 2 or more with Collibra software.
- Two or more years of experience with database structures and operations.
- Experience working with healthcare data.

- Willingness to travel to Sacramento, CA, is occasionally required.
The pay range for this position is $99,900.00 - $142,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
