The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst is the support and maintenance of the Dayforce system. The HRIS Analyst designs and maintains the HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs. They serve as a technical point-of-contact and partners with HR’s subject matter experts to ensure efficient maintenance and operation of the system, optimum functionality, data integrity, and best practice system security administration. This position will partner cross-functionally with all areas of the business to provide standard and ad-hoc reports/queries, manage all integrations, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will also prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
This position may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Candidates located within 30 miles of our Corporate Headquarters will follow a hybrid work schedule. Essential Functions
• Develop, update, and support integrations to downstream systems internally as well as for external service providers.
• Establish relationships with subject matter experts within HR to provide HR technical solutions.
• Analyze business workflows to address business needs. Manage priorities of projects/requests.
• Assess company needs to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options.
Provide reporting/analytical support cross-functionally and in consultation to HR.
• Regularly conduct data audits of HRIS and raise potential issues with HR or other functions to correct and maintain the integrity of the HRIS and downstream systems.
• Assist in creating a full performance management and compensation module that will streamline annual merit and bonus processes enabling employee and manager self-service modules where possible
• Enable the DIS Dayforce module whereby all certified payrolls are automated as well as commission payouts.
• Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
• Understand and maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations ensuring compliance with processes.
• Provide an exceptional level of quality service for internal and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating analytical reasoning, organization, data review, and time management skills, with the ability to accurately manage multiple assignments, goals, and reporting requests, ensuring priorities are set and commitments and deadlines are met, with minimal direction and supervision.
• Team oriented and collaborative.
• Openly communicates issues and keeps Director of Compensation & Benefits informed of any challenges, pressing issues, and urgent deliverables.
• Assists in the ongoing maintenance of Dayforce, upgrades, and new implementations to ensure HRIS meets the needs of the organization.
• Document and update processes and partner with functions to increase efficiency and reduce duplication of work.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4-6 years related work experience in HRIS, specifically with Dayforce.
• Experience with Dayforce
• Working knowledge of data privacy/security regulations
• Experience with Excel, SQL, XML
