You are:  

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

• The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
• The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.
• This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. 
• Configure HCM tables and business rules.

 

Job Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

• Payroll business process knowledge
• Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience
• Experience with Payroll testing
• Strong functional experience
• HCM Cloud Functional Designer or Functional Architect

• US Citizenship required

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Mgmt, Payroll and Benefits modules
• SOA integration
• Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion(HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders)
• Fast Formulas
• DoD experience

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

• California: $95,600 - $178,600
• Colorado: $95,600 - $154,300
• New York City: $88,600 - $178,600
• Washington: $101,900 - $164,400
