Consolidated Services Packaging & Quality Intern (Fall 2025)

 

Description:

 

• Support Inbound/Outbound Quality Logistics and Packaging at the Packing Plant with problem solving, data analysis, system improvements, 
• Dashboard development and maintenance, database structure, process continuous improvement, development of KPI reporting and SharePoint.  
• Support special projects as needed such as Quality Excellence.
•  Increase Direct Pass, including Pallet Quality Adherence
•  Help with the current excel sheet for return material, CR processing for new development.
•  Generate overview reports of Outbound Quality topics from partner countries. 
•  Data management and analysis for quality process
•  Packaging Data Sheet; review and data management
• Create new automatizations for data manipulation.
• Generate new Power BI data analysis.
• Support the implementation of automated (robot) machine programming in the Packaging    business.
• Packaging Change Board actualization, record keeping.
• Change tracking sheet for packaging concepts
• LVG Clear duties
• Current and New Process documentation and standards creation (VISIO, MS Word)
• System rollouts

 

Qualifications:

 

Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)

•  Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
•  Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
•  Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
•  Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
•  MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
•  Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
•  THE WORK TERM DATES ARE August 11th – December 12th, 2025.
