Customer Service - French - Financial Institution

Then this interests you!</span></p> <h2><strong> </strong><span>Your mission will be to <strong>provide customer service</strong> in the French and English language, both <strong>by phone and email</strong>, for an important financial institution.</span></h2> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong><em>Requirements:</em></p> <ul> <li> <p><em>Required languages: </em><strong>French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). </strong>No Spanish required.</p> </li> <li> <p><em>Required experience:</em> Experience in customer service.</p> </li> <li><em>Others requirements: </em><strong>Residence in Madrid </strong>or willing to relocate.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>What do we offer you?</em></p> <ul> <li><strong>Permanent contract</strong> with 2 months trial period.</li> <li><strong>Full time</strong> 39 hours/week.</li> <li><strong>Schedule</strong> from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.</li> <li>Modality of work: <strong>On-site.
