This is a 6-month, Temporary Work Assignment for Director – Data Analytics, leading MIS for the Global Travel & Lifestyle Servicing (GTLS) team in Global Servicing (GS). The incumbent will be responsible for driving insights and reporting to enable GTLS’ strategic priorities and operational excellence. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to shape the GTLS analytics agenda, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and lead a team toward innovation and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with business partners across strategy and operations to support key GTLS projects including Pathway, Centurion North Star, Chat & multi-channel analytics
- Perform analytics to diagnose key drivers of trends and how servicing can drive increased conversion and cross-sell
- Develop, track, and evolve performance metrics while leading the creation of new metric initiative
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and teams including Servicing Innovation, Strategy, and Capabilities.
- Continue to drive towards automation and uplift existing infrastructure, support control management and enable LUMI migration of data solutions
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of managers and analysts to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

- Enhanced visibility of GTLS performance through innovative reporting and analytics.
- Analytics-driven insights that influence key GTLS projects and deliver measurable business impact.
- High-performing, engaged analytics team delivering with agility and impact.
- Uplift in automation and meaningful progress on cloud/LUMI migration initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional partnerships and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong leadership experience in MIS, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles, ideally within a global or customer-servicing environment. Experience/Knowledge of GTLS will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to generate actionable insights that influence strategy and operational decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of performance measurement, trend diagnostics, and metric design.
- Experience leading diverse teams and driving organizational transformation.
- Strong expertise with automation, hands-on work experience leveraging enterprise data infrastructure (Cornerstone & LUMI), BI tools
- Focus on data governance, control management, and compliance best practices
