POSITION SUMMARY
Aleut Federal is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in the DC Metro area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare timely, accurate, and compliant pricing models, cost proposals, and business proposals for internal and external clients.
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of proposal pricing, including cost-volume schedules, pricing strategy development, and coordination of internal and external cost requirements.
- Develop complex cost and price models using Excel-based tools to address solicitation requirements.
- Analyze RFPs, identify key requirements and questions, and provide guidance to the Proposal Team accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with Capture/Business Development, Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Proposal Teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in cost proposals.
- Facilitate and participate in pricing reviews with senior management, offering pricing strategy recommendations, and ensuring alignment with disclosure statements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of proposal preparation, including estimating, market wage analysis, FAR/CAS compliance, LCAT development, GWAC compliance, and subcontracting strategies.
- Contribute insights to senior management regarding compliance, competitive analysis, Price-to-Win (PTW), and risk management.
- Offer strategic pricing recommendations to Program Managers and Directors to support profitability, engagement, and improved forecasting across the organization.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience in place of a degree.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing Federal Government requirements for services, both task orders and strategic contracts.
- At least five (5) years of experience developing cost volumes, LCAT development, GWAC compliance (most favorable pricing), and strategies for Limitations on Subcontracting.
- Must possess an understanding of all contract types (Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), etc.).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with little oversight.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (pricing/costing tools are Excel-based). Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and research multiple projects under tight deadlines is required.

Salary range: $105,000 to $150,000, contingent upon the level of education and the number of years of relevant experience.
