Junior Sales Executive (IT Consulting Services)

Company Description

Devoteam is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive your main responsibility is to grow a team of IT professionals assigned for contracting projects.  

As well, you will act as the Devoteam point of contact for our customers to offer them IT consulting services (staff augmentation) and solutions. 

You will become an integral part of the Innovative Tech Team and also be closely working with our recruitment team in order to offer the best suitable skills and profiles to the customers.

Job Description

Your main tasks will be:

• Acquisition and development of new clients, researching the business opportunities, active prospection (cold calls, emails, social selling, meetings).
• Growing and managing a team of consultants at your customers (internal and externals).
• Regular follow up meetings with your clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Close collaboration with the recruitment team to deliver proper skills and profiles to our customers.
• Negotiation of business terms and conditions with procurement & legal departments.
• Establishment and maintenance of relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities to ensure the growth of Devoteam pillars.
• Taking part both in local or global tenders, taking part in proposals and calculation.
• Reporting and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

• Proven experience in business development or sales area (B2B, services, consulting,..).
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
• Advanced Czech and English is a must. German language is an advantage.
