IT Project coordinator

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

Our company seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. Our ideal candidate cultivates a great team spirit, coordinates and organizes tasks, and motivates team members to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Software development processes
• Distribute tasks in teams, facilitate interaction between departments, coordinate communication between teams, and participate in meetings
• Prioritize tasks/requests, and determine deadlines
• Refine and maintain the existing information in task tables 
• Motivate the team and maintain a healthy emotional atmosphere
• Manage and distribute the workload among team members
• Identify and resolve issues quickly
• Perform onboarding & setup for new team members
• Communicate with users on technical issues
• Write task descriptions & bug reports.
• Create mockups for features & processes via Moqups & Figma.
• Identify potential problems, and initiate discussions to brainstorm the optimal solution.
• Write manuals and technical descriptions for users.

Requirements:

• Confident PC user with knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/Sheets 
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Ability to multitask, combined with a proactive and initiative-taking attitude
• Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills, problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with the Agile process
• Technical training and knowledge of Jira, Moqups, and Figma.
• Understanding of SDLC
• An upper-intermediate English 
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
