The Material and Logistics Coordinator role supports planning and execution of production schedules in our pilot-scale facility. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability proactively manage the flow of material in, through, and out of the facility. This role interfaces with shop floor technicians, engineering, sourcing, quality, and leadership in person and through reports/dashboards.

What You Will Do:

  • Expediting the movement of raw materials, in-process inventory, finished goods, and spare parts through move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
  • Maintaining detailed status of in-process inventory and identifying impediments to flow.
  • Understand basic planning functions related to forecasting and supply/demand
  • Processing incoming and outgoing shipments; preparing merchandise for shipping.
  • May involve basic visual inspections
  • Operating conveyance machinery such as forklifts and cranes.
  • Maintaining records of materials and parts, checking invoices, and bills of lading.
  • Coordinating warehousing activities, including cycle counts, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Replenishment of materials throughout the facility through order placement or requests.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • This position requires a proactive approach to supporting production schedules and materials to support continuous and efficient processes. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as need to support our growing facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years' of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is $22.40 - $42.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
