The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business<br/>value for our clients. RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives.</p> <p><br/><strong>The Role</strong><br/>As a Business Support Specialist, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are<br/>tailored to the business area you join.</p> <p><br/>Your main responsibilities will be as follows:</p> <p><br/>People<br/>- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Client<br/>• Partner with consultants and clients to design strategies to attract, reward and retain talents<br/>• Help our clients ensure that their reward programmes are competitive by performing competitive benchmarking analyses:<br/>      o Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design</p> <p>       o Perform industry research related to governance, climate and broader sustainability topics related to board advisory effectiveness improvement</p> <p><br/>• Develop pay structures and incentive designs that help support companies’ business strategie<br/>• Value equity awards through the application of financial formulas<br/>• Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes<br/>• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels</p> <p><br/>Financial</p> <p>-Meet chargeable hours targets<br/>- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals</p> <p><br/>Excellence<br/>- Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Executive Compensation and Board Advisory<br/>- Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations </p> <p><strong>The Requirements</strong></p><p><br/>• Bachelor´s degree in any numerate/scientific discipline<br/>• Some experience of working within a reward or executive compensation analyst role<br/>• A leader; proactively takes initiative<br/>• A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems<br/>• Analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way<br/>• Conceptual; ability to go beyond the details and see the big picture<br/>• Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success<br/>• Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills<br/>• Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way<br/>• Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards<br/>• Team player; Ability to work independently as well as in a team</p><p><br/>We offer<br/>Come join a team of dynamic and motivating colleagues made up of some very experienced people.
