Lynch Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Mukwonago has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Counterperson! We are seeking an individual skilled in customer service, and one who possesses a general knowledge of vehicle parts. Must come with a positive attitude and willingness to hustle!

Requirements

• Experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude 
• Ability to work as a part of a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special-order parts requests for customers and service personnel
• Communicate with customer on parts order status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
