We are the Fandom agency. STAN develops innovative in-the-now campaigns, translating the latest culture movements, social media and tech trends into superb content & communication strategies for renowned love brands – defining contemporary aesthetics. 

As Content Creator and Editor for Film & Stills you will play a crucial role in creating captivating visuals and narratives with an aesthetic edge.

You are experienced with fast-paced, captivating visual storytelling, applying the latest tools and technologies.

• creation of polished, high-end video and photo assets

• visualization of ideas and concepts for photo and film concepts

• snackable content formats (short video, reels, memes, GIFs)

• development of moodboards and storyboards, scripts, asset shot lists

• experimentation with latest technologies (AI, animation, filters, SPX)

• application of latest camera techniques

• experience with motion design & typography animations

• holistic design: from idea to final assets (incl. retouch)

• development of word-of-mouth-worthy, award-winning work

• implementation of creative impulses in the fields of fashion, culture and tech into the daily work and agency culture

Dein Profil

• excellent understanding of digital media, social trends and the economic context

• 3-5 years of practical experience as a creator

• production experience

• diverse portfolio of work assignments for fashion & lifestyle brands

• understanding of contemporary content with aesthetic appeal

• expert for social media and digital storytelling

• independent and reliable way of working

• self-responsibility and organizational skills

• attention to details and high quality standards

• advanced English skills

• International work experience
