CSG is looking for a seasoned, savvy communications leader and engaging storyteller to join our global corporate communications team as a Senior Manager. The Senior Manager of Communications is a skilled business communicator who asks thoughtful questions to create a story, translate complex business concepts into engaging content and demonstrate creativity across channels to reach a variety of audiences. The Senior Manager leads the development and execution of innovative, high-impact communication strategies designed to engage employees and enhance the company’s culture, mission, and business strategies.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Communications who will:
Report to the Director of CSG’s Business Communications team, and partner with teammates and business leaders across the company to lead key communications initiatives that have a tangible impact on CSG employees across the world
Create and manage compelling, impactful messaging that helps influence understanding and attitudes, change behaviors, and produce desired outcomes
Write and edit communications that are fresh, creative, and engaging; regularly develop and explore new ideas and approaches
Partner cross-functionally to gather information and distill it into a useful, digestible format for various audiences
Find creative and compelling ways to elevate business stories for broad internal audiences
Ensure internal communication messages align with external messaging and branding
Keep current on technology trends, communications measurement, and best practices to continually improve approaches and content
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing internal, external, executive, or corporate communications, preferably in tech or B2B
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communications projects for business leaders, with minimal supervision, to enhance employee engagement and understanding
Top-notch writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience writing a variety of polished, compelling content for large audiences in a corporate setting
A “thought partner” mindset and strong executive presence, with the ability to think critically and exercise good communications judgment to advise senior leadership
Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across projects and stakeholders
