JOB OVERVIEW
As a committed, proactive Assistant Manager & Events Specialist, you will work with other
members of management to hire and train staff and ensure that patrons receive excellent
service. The role of this position is to help supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the guest
receives a warm welcome and that service and equipment runs smoothly. This position assists
the General Manager with managing inventory and resources pertaining to all amenities within
the building, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses,
create schedules and work with the operations team to set business objectives to increase profits
and maximize customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work with and mentor diverse
personalities and diffuse tense situations.
This role is also responsible for procurement, planning and execution of private rentals, parties,
and special events ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
This job requires work during the evening, on weekends, and holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
▪ Assist the Theatre General Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
▪ Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
▪ Supervise and motivate staff in providing a magical guest experience.
▪ Mediate and diffuse challenging employee/guest relations.
▪ Communicate with guests and evaluate their needs and specifications.
▪ Assist in hiring, training, and maintaining employee records.
▪ Ensure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
▪ Cleaning.
▪ Procure, organize, plan and execute private rentals, parties, and special events ensuring
an exceptional guest experience.
▪ Work jointly with location management and corporate marketing to determine and
execute upon marketing and promotional goals.
▪ All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
▪ Must have excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
▪ If 21 years or older at any bar location, R-Serving is required and must be willing and able to
pour at least basic drinks.
▪ If there is a religious reason as to why alcohol cannot be served, an official religious
exemption in writing needs to be provided.
▪ If at kitchen location, ServSafe or Food Handlers certification is required, and must be
willing to work in kitchen area as needed.
▪ Must be able to run errands and provide current driver license and vehicle insurance.
▪ Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly, work weekends and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical demands include but are not limited to:
▪ The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle, or feel, reach with
hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities will

▪ Must be able to move and transport up to 35 lbs.
