Job Description
This role will be based in New York City or San Francisco.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a strong performer and problem solver to help accelerate growth across our LinkedIn Talent Solutions business globally. This team has end-to-end ownership of pricing and packaging decisions, identifying new opportunities for growth, field enablement, and improving pricing operations. We are a highly collaborative and cross-functional team that works closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, finance and operations organizations to help define monetization strategies for new offerings and strategies to incent faster customer growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Make changes to commercial offers in response to ever-fluid market dynamics in (macro changes, competitive threat, changes in the hiring landscape)
- Ensure we are appropriately monetizing new product features by integrating them into existing commercial offers
- Scan the market and LinkedIn’s business performance for opportunities to create new offers
- Get cross-functional feedback on proposed commercial changes; leverage data, business logic, and clean escalation paths to drive alignment
Operations & Execution
- Get Systems enhancements prioritized and/or additional resources assigned if Systems enhancements cannot be prioritized
- Determine the feasibility of new Commercial Offers operationally (Systems + People + Process need to be thought through)
- Include the plan for execution when presenting Offer Strategy
- Ensure tracking infrastructure is set up for any new commercial offer
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in Pricing / Monetization
- 3+ years in Management Consulting
- 12+ years of work experience in a mix of relevant field such as operations and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with strategy and financial planning, preferably in the enterprise software/SaaS space
- Extensive professional experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain
- Strong presentation and exec presence
- Exceptionally strong communication skills – storytelling and giving presentations – to drive decisions with senior management
- Leadership skills - Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives
- Commitment - Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-starter who has experience working in highly cross-functional teams
- Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organization

The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive comp
