LVN/LPN responsibilities:

• Under the direct supervision of an RN, assumes responsibility for the care of assigned patients on designated shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• Take pride in providing compassionate patient care

To fill this role, you’ll need: 

• Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Current BLS certification
