We are looking for a Platform Engineer (Windows) to join our Windows Platform Team. A highly motivated self-starter who is eager to grow within our organization will be a perfect fit.

What you’ll do in this role: 

  • As a Senior engineer, you will provide leadership and direction to junior members of the team
  • Design and deploy the tooling needed to support the configuration and deployment of Windows clients
  • Engage with the Support Engineering team and act as an escalation point for incoming tickets and help desk requests
  • Participate in our platform on-call rotation
  • Own and improve services storing monitoring data such as logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Identify, develop and maintain automated processes via scripting.
  • Learn and promote new technologies
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the globe

What we're looking for: 

  • 3+ years of MEMCM/SCCM administration experience or similar
  • Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control software
  • Solid scripting and programming skills (PowerShell preferred)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well on a team and independently
  • Extensive knowledge of application packaging and management (Custom LOB Apps, PatchMyPC)
  • Strong experience supporting and configuring Windows 10/11
  • Strong knowledge of Group Policy management
  • Intune management experience
  • Previous Windows Server and Active Directory support experience

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD platforms (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc)
  • Ability to develop a code-base and the ability to dig into an existing code-base to diagnose and fix problems
