The Job:

As a Job Title Here, you’ll be part of our XXX team working as a <virtual/hybrid/on-site> employee. You’ll get to:

• Oversee end-to-end project management, including coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking milestones, and resolving issues to meet transfer timelines.
• Coordinates with cross functional leadership group to ensure dependencies and critical path are identified and communicated.
• Foster strong relationships with EMS suppliers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve successful business transfers
• Identify potential risks associated with supplier transitions and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Optimize resource allocation, including budget management, to achieve cost-effective and timely business transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business transfer process
• Prepares and communicates project status and risks to management with proper level of detail and recovery plans.
• Follows standardized Program Management guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required by the new product development process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management managing EMS or Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS)
• Functional experience in sourcing / procurement / operations.  Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capabilities

• Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating strong organization and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectual liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross functional teams toward common goals.
• Demonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Gant Chart proficiency, Critical Path analysis).
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
