What will you do?
As a Functional Salesforce Engineer, you play a key role in our organization. You have a T-shaped profile and don’t mind spreading your time across several subjects. You spend your time analyzing, developing, maintaining, and testing the applications that support the business processes of our retail bank. Working Agile needs a hands-on mentality; when a user story is done, you check the requirements, and you are not afraid to speak up when you need to.
Furthermore, you:
- Are based in the Netherlands;
- Preferably have experience working with a larger corporate IT department;
- Preferably have experience working with retail banking products;
- Have an engineering mindset with analytical qualities;
- Have a proactive and structured way of working;
- Have experience working agile/scrum and have experience with DevOps;
- Have a moderate to advanced level of knowledge of the Salesforce Platform;
- Have Microsoft Azure experience or are willing to learn;
- Enjoy engaging with business stakeholders.
Your team
As a Functional Salesforce Engineer you are part of the Mortgages IT Team within the Retail IT department. This team is a multi-disciplinary team that develops, services and maintains applications for our Retail Bank mortgage departments, with the prime focus on Salesforce. It is a cross-functional team that consists of people with different backgrounds, including a Business Analyst, an Integration Engineer, and multiple Salesforce Engineers. We work in a DevOps environment that helps our Retail Bank to develop and maintain the applications that will support our customers in their decisive moments.
