Duties:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and text regarding their solar journey.
• Following through on detail-oriented work and deadlines
• Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly.
• Thrives with a high degree of autonomy and trust.
• Basic Excel/Sheets knowledge and application experience.

Requirements

• This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office. 
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• This is a full-time position. 
• Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
