Your Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with Digital Business teams, build and coordinate a robust operating model that aligns strategic goals with market realities

• You contribute your expertise to central communication initiatives, helping markets understand how Digital Business teams support their eCommerce objectives

• In partnership with internal stakeholders, host strategy roundtables and commercial meetings to ensure alignment between central and market-level strategies

• Together with the Digital Intelligence Specialist, identify and communicate market dynamics or strategic shifts that impact team activities

• You organize deep dives with retailers and market stakeholders to uncover insights, needs, and opportunities

• In collaboration with your team, continuously improve ways of working by refining communication pathways and toolbox frameworks

• You provide insights that highlight how eCommerce connects with other business functions, emphasizing strategic dependencies and synergies

• Proven experience in coordinating and supporting strategy execution across cross-functional teams and projects

• Strong project management and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across regions and levels

• Ability to drive alignment and clearly communicate priorities across multiple teams

• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing processes for collaboration and execution

• In-depth understanding of local VG workflows and cross-functional business dynamics

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards in execution

• Ability to navigate complexity and manage interdependencies across diverse functions
