What You'll Do

As an Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll provide one-on-one, in-home support to children with autism using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Every child has different goals, so every day looks a little different. You'll help children build skills like:

• Communication
• Social interaction
• Daily living skills
• Emotional regulation
• Play and learning
• Independence

You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will coach and support you every step of the way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable traveling to client homes
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and consistency
• A willingness to learn

ABA or autism experience is a plus—but not required.
