Our Newest Opportunity: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support the servicing and marketing of commercial insurance accounts. This role is designed to provide critical support to the team by managing day-to-day service requests, coordinating renewal marketing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial insurance coverages and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Handle service requests, endorsements, certificates, and other client request in a timely fashion

• Prepare Acord/supplemental applications, gather underwriting data, and marketing material for submissions to carriers

• Review quotes, proposals, and policies for accuracy 

• Maintain and document client files according to agency standards

• Assist with renewal preparation and communicate timelines and deliverables to clients

• Serve as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal team members

• Provide general support to team as needed

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Current Property & Casualty license

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in account management or related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including knowledge of, or ability to learn, agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360) 

• Willing to obtain study for and obtain Property & Casualty license within 6 months – 1 year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
