Senior AP Accountant

<p>We are looking for a<b> Senior AP Accountant</b> to join core team of our newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.</p><p></p><p>You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe. You will be taking a key role in the daily AP operations for European entities, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes to provide the best in class service to our European businesses.</p><p></p><p><b>Your main tasks:</b></p><ul><li>Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw</li><li>Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in PTP area</li><li>Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function</li><li>Responsibility for effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice posting, invoice processing, payments</li><li>Invoice <span>scanning/verifying/handling</span></li><li>Performing AP related parts of the closing process, <span>yearly/quarterly/monthly</span></li><li>Active participation in relevant group and/or corporate projects</li><li>Contributing to improvements in AP related processes, focus on efficiency and quality</li><li>Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines<br/> </li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Economic background, bachelor’s degree with economics/finance or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position as P2P, PTP, AP Accountant in SSC/BPO environment</li><li>Knowledge of <b>JDE</b> is a must</li><li>Knowledge of <b>Coupa</b> is an advantage</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change</li><li>Excellent communication skills and self-motivation</li><li>Previous experience within customer service/service occupation can be an advantage<p></p></li></ul><p><b><span>What we offer:</span></b></p><p><span>Husqvarna Group offers a global dynamic workplace with a lot of potential for a person who is willing to take on responsibility.
