Consultant - Maintenance & Reliability

• Lead the execution of complex tasks and assignment on client engagements, with minimal guidance, including:

1. Identifying and structuring client challenges and issues in order to develop hypotheses.
2. Collecting and gathering client data to test hypotheses.
3. Analyzing data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions.

• Take the lead in engaging clients through meetings, interviews and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements and business development.
• Build and maintain client relationship to ensure project success.
• Expand knowledge and expertise in a key discipline area while staying abreast of industry developments.
• Support the DSS knowledge base through creating best practice project content and standardizing project practices and templates.

Requirements

• 10+ years working experience.
• Familiar with maintenance process management (include TPM \PM \ PdM \ RCM etc.)
• Familiar with CBM (Condition based maintenance) and RBI (risk base inspection) .
• You are familiar with PHA methodologies (HAZOP, What-if, FMEA, FTA etc.)
• Knowledge on Consequence Analysis and Facility Siting is a plus.
• You have excellent data analysis, presentation and consulting skills.
• You can accept 80% travel.
