We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Strategic Finance Director to oversee financial strategy and planning, focusing on analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and driving financial performance while aligning with overall corporate goals.
Essential Functions
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide insights to regional directors and executive leadership to support strategic decisions and drive financial performance.
• Develop data-driven financial plans, budgets, and forecasts at the branch, district, and regional level, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks within the regions.
• Lead, train, and manage financial acumen at the regional level, fostering a high-performing team.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful ability to influence non-financial resources for execution of operational initiatives to drive financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to guide financial assumptions and decision-making.
• Other relative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive financial experience
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on details and accuracy.


Physical Demands
