About the Role
We’re looking for a highly autonomous, deeply curious, and technically sharp Sourcer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll be our in-house detective, therapist, and creative writer—someone who can decode client needs, navigate LinkedIn Recruiter like a pro, and craft messages candidates can’t ignore.

You’ll Own

• Leading search strategy across 5–10 highly varied technical and non-technical roles

• Translating ambiguous client criteria into candidate personas and search queries

• Building boolean and beyond: iterating search logic, expanding keywords, and identifying comparable companies

• Writing outreach that cuts through the noise (we love a good InMail that sounds nothing like an InMail)

• Managing your own pipeline: triaging roles, setting pace, and re-prioritizing in real-time

• Using tools like Ashby, GPT, and Crunchbase to stay sharp and efficient

• Acting as an advisor in intake calls: asking the right questions, surfacing blind spots, and leaving clients feeling like we’ve tapped into their brain

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience in a high-growth recruiting environment (agency, startup, or scrappy solopreneur land)

• Know LinkedIn Recruiter better than some people know themselves

• Have a credible LinkedIn presence—and maybe even opinions about recruiter branding

• Love sourcing more than screening (but can do both when needed)

• Get a high from cracking hard searches and being the first one to say “I found them”

• Have led or mentored others and enjoy thinking at a systems level

• Are metrics-minded, but allergic to bloat and fluff

• Can ride the highs and lows of sourcing with a sense of humor and a bias for action
