Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their health and safety.
  • Monitor and assess the health status of clients and develop care plans accordingly.
  • Implement interventions and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel daily to Lanham office and Residential Homes in DC.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
