GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
- Works with sales team to maintain and manage the Caesars Entertainment brand for the business-to-business meetings segment.
- Maintains all information needed for customer meetings
- Builds and maintains a positive public image for Caesars Entertainment
- Be strategic and solution driven to handle unforeseen situations
Tactical
- Promotes and maintains positive relations with colleagues, customers, partners, vendors and distributors.
- Serves as a project manager for all upcoming site tours by routing them through Delphi processes till the task is complete.
- Consistently communicates with CEM’s on project progress; discusses challenges and opportunities; proactively seeks out and accepts guidance and support.
- Various projects to include, but not limited to: site tour elevation event planning, updating of property resources/documents, and coordination of all logistical site tour needs for the ESS meeting sales division
- Stays current with all Caesars Entertainment news and organizes the information so that the information is easily accessible to respond to
- Proactively seeks out, initiates and undertakes opportunities for own learning, development and growth.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The Sales Coordinator works with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill each task. She/He:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Event planning: Manages and coordinates all aspects for any given site tour including: coordination of logistical needs, reviews and applies branding opportunities, communications
- Idea generating and coordination of site tour elevation for guest amenity room drops
- Handle site room key requests, pre-inspection of site rooms (staging appropriately) and preparation in a timely manner, to ensure any communication/site keys are delivered to CEMs
- Assist with internal and external requests for site execution
- Delivery of amenities / room drops, when applicable.
- Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, including updating of property resources/documents
- Endorses and adheres to the business objectives, ethics and values of the company and department.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
OTHER DUTIES
- Create reports, spreadsheets, outlines, PowerPoint presentations, etc…as needed.
- Travel occasionally to team events
- Any other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater in communications, journalism, marketing, business or related concentration.
- 2 - 3 years hotel experience with practical responsibilities
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized and detail-oriented with superb project management skills.
- Able to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Flexible, versatile and a fast learner; capable of adapting in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently, but able to function effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working with superiors, clients, vendors and associates at all levels.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance and professional manner.
- Must have solid proficiency with MS Office software – particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Auditory and verbal ability needed for telephone usage

Visual abilities/tolerance needed to complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time
