Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX requirements and best practices

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate UX & UI requirements in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and Compile and analyze research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, mockup UIs and design experiences
• Participate in transforming high-level product roadmap initiatives into robust features that fully serve the needs of our customers
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Experience with design systems and component libraries in Figma is a plus.
• Produces high-quality UX design solutions through journey maps, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts and rationale to various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the US

• The salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually
