Emergency Medicine Advanced Health Practitioner 

Department of Emergency Medicine   

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton 

 

The Emergency Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital (BIDH) - Milton is seeking a full time Advanced Health Practitioner at our Milton (MA) Hospital location. 

  

Provide direct patient care relative to physical diagnosis and therapeutic management for patients in the Emergency Department working under the supervision of a licensed physician.   

 

BIDH Milton is an 81-bed community hospital located 9 miles south of Boston.  The ED sees 40,000 patients annually and offers lifesaving stoke care, cardiac and other illness/injury care and advanced medical technology.   

 

Job Requirements 

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner 

• Massachusetts state licensure 

• MA Board authorization to practice licensure 

• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support 

• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required 

• Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA 

• Experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center 

• Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $150,000
