If you have a passion for helping others along their recovery journey, then we invite you to join our Crestwood family!</p> <p><strong>For more than 50+ years</strong> Crestwood has been committed to creating innovative recovery programs and developing compassionate communities that support each client in their journey.&nbsp; Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!</p></div><p><strong>Title:&nbsp;</strong>Human Resources Manager</p> <p><strong>Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources&nbsp;</strong>supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-Time&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Must have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations.</li> <li>A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.</li> <li>HR Certification preferred.</li> <li>Investigation Certification preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ol><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
