About the Role
Are you a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building systems from the ground up, and wants to be part of transforming healthcare?
We’re looking for a results-oriented, detail-driven leader to join Oshi Health as Director of Network Operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scaling and optimizing Oshi’s open access care delivery network, launching new provider partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the board. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring deals from handshake to go-live, and you’ll help define how we expand our impact across markets.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll support both the growth and execution of our strategic vision—making digestive healthcare more accessible, seamless, and effective for patients nationwide.
What You’ll Do
Lead Network Implementation & Growth

Serve as the operational lead for new partner launches—owning the transition from signed deal to successful implementation

Translate deal terms into scalable workflows aligned with Oshi’s care model

Build implementation playbooks and standardized onboarding processes for partners

Partner with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to provide operational input during deal negotiations and integration planning

Evaluate potential partnerships from an operational and clinical fit perspective
Build & Scale Oshi’s Open Access Provider Network

Grow and manage a national GI provider network across key markets

Oversee phased geographic expansion throughout 2025

Create and maintain a comprehensive provider directory

Evaluate provider performance using internal and external quality data

Build systems and dashboards to track engagement, growth, and operational KPIs
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with clinical, operations, product, and growth teams to align goals and execute successfully

Serve as a liaison between Oshi teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and implementation

Represent the voice of the partner internally and help resolve issues quickly and effectively
Optimize for Scalability & Process Improvement

Continuously improve onboarding and account management processes

Document scalable workflows and create knowledge-sharing tools for the broader team

Identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, partner satisfaction, and patient outcomes
Who You Are
-
Experienced operator. You bring 5+ years in provider operations, partnerships, or implementation—ideally in digital health or healthcare delivery. You understand provider onboarding, clinical network management, and partnership execution.
