Key Responsibilities
- Launch new cases and model best‑practice care
- Provide hands‑on personal care and ADL support
- Complete home‑safety checks and quality‑assurance visits
- Train, coach, and onboard caregivers
- Participate in on‑call rotation and fill urgent shifts
- Problem‑solve changes in client condition
- Assist with delivering supplies and documentation to field staff
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with functional disabilities and a current CNA certificate (leadership experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients
- Comfort using mobile apps/EMR systems
- Compassionate, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle in good working order
- Ability to tolerate a variety of home environments
- Ability to manage physical demands, including standing or sitting for extended periods
- Willingness to work every other weekend and share on‑call responsibilities
