Job Description
You will be based in our Malmö office where you will be part of our re-newed central Strategic Resource Planning organization for the Audit practice. The Strategic Resource Planning organization owns and drives the overall planning process and the assignment of teams to the Audit engagements, please note that this role is not within the HR-field.
You will be placed within the central Strategic Resource Planning function where a holistic overview of the national Strategic Resource Planning is created. Within the central function, that consists of the cluster teams North and South, you will belong to cluster team South where you will have the responsibility for the Strategic Resource Planning in a couple of offices in southern Sweden. This responsibility includes to urge the Strategic Resource Planning process but also support and challenge the engagement managers in their planning ats. In addition, you will also take responsibility for the administrative tasks related to Strategic Resource Planning within the assigned offices.
In this role, you will:
- Have responsibility for driving the Strategic Resource Planning process within a couple of assigned offices within cluster team South
- Creating and communicating instructions for the period planning
- Get to know, support and challenge the engagement managers in their period planning based on the holistic perspective and insights from the central Strategic Resource Planning function
- Communicate with local contact person to stay updated on local needs
- Assigning teams to the Audit engagements
- Have responsible for managing resource conflicts and borrowing resources within the cluster based on the holistic perspective and escalate to Cluster responsible when needed
- Assist the assigned offices with administration related to Strategic Resource Planning
Qualifications
- Previous experience of Strategic Resource Planning/Staffing/Workforce Management from professional services
- Previous experience of handling administrative tasks
- A degree in Business Administration or another relevant equivalent education is meritorious
- Fluently speaking Swedish and English
