The Supply Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed to fast-track the development of excellent talent to build outstanding leaders. The North American program specializes in manufacturing development, consisting of three, one-year placements throughout our United States locations.

How our program works:

The first year of the program is focused on developing your foundation; the second on interdependent functional learning; and third on growth. Throughout the program, you will gain connections with senior leadership, in an environment and culture that will enable you to build your skills, grow as a leader, and learn about the broader business. You’ll also enjoy the backing and support of a mentor who will give you an introduction to Diageo’s culture and help you successfully navigate your career. In addition to the behaviors above, you’ll need:

• Obtained or expecting to obtain a minimum Bachelors academic degree by July 2024, studying one of the following subjects: Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Food or Packaging Sciences, Supply Chain, Brewing & Distilling, or other relevant degree

• Mobile within the United States and prepared to relocate geographically at least once during the three-year program

• The successful candidate must be of Legal Drinking Age by the time they start work

Possible rotations with the program include: Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator, Process Engineer, Focused Improvement Specialist, and Production Team Lead.

The start date for the program will be July 2024.
