Job Description

• Assisting the Project Manager in compliance with and implementation of legal data protection requirements;
• Ensures that data privacy regulations are respected;
• Advises the Project manager to carry out an impact assessment on data protection and to monitor its implementation;
• Coordinating agreement with other GE/DSOs in relation to national data protection issues;
• Participant in the Quality Gates of the development process;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma; 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience: Professional experience ideally in the implementation of legal and operational data protection requirements as well as in IT security minimum 3 years;

• Know-how: Knowledge of data protection law, in the analysis and evaluation of facts as well as good understanding of economic and technical correlations;

• Technical : Knowledge of IT Systems, IoT products, Digital offerings, SDLC, Cloud Computing Certification in Data Protection (DCPLA, CIPM/E (GDPR));

• Working method: Independent, structured, solution-oriented and ready to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics;

• Personality: Assertive, team-minded, committed and communicative, self-motivated , proactive.
