Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Business Technology (Salesforce), Enablement, and Customer Success. This role will primarily support the Sales team by driving efficiency in the sales process in effort to create a world class sales machine. The role requires you to utilize a broad range of skills on a daily basis including, but not limited to, process improvement, data analysis, and project management. You will be expected to act as a strategic partner and advisor to Sales leadership through your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales organization’s data and processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and process and interested in working in a rapidly growing SaaS/Fintech company.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Analyze and advise on improvements in the sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
- Manage and improve processes within the sales technology tool stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Salesforce development teams to build and evolve processes to improve sales productivity
- Partner with our Revenue BI team to develop resources to track key performance indicators and sales health metrics (productivity, sales cycle, pipeline generation, conversion rates, etc.)
- Proactively initiate and own cross-functional projects end-to-end to create efficiencies in the sales process and improve data quality
We'd love to chat if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in an Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role
- Salesforce and MS Excel mastery (Tableau or Looker is a plus)
- Data mindset with demonstrated aptitude for complex data analysis and passion for data backed decision making
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks work within deadlines and manage stakeholders
- Fast mover with drive to iterate
- Takes initiative and goes above and beyond expectations
- BS/BA in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
