The Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of customer programs while achieving operational and financial targets.

Quest Design & Millwork, located in Stafford TX, is currently seeking qualified applicants for the role 
of Project Manager within the Company’s Millwork & Display Division. 
 
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and administering all phases of each project.  
 
Job Description/Duties 
 
 Reports directly to the Director of Project Management. 
 Lead teams executing estimating, procurement, product engineering, fabrication and 
installation. 
 Assist in estimating projects; review proposals before contracting 
 Administrative duties include executing all change orders, pay applications, project close out 
reports. 
 Review and comment on project documents across all phases.  
 Conduct and document weekly internal project team meetings 
 Monitor/maintain project schedule and quality control.  
 Establish a relationship and coordinate with the general contractor, architect, designer and 
owners.    
 Identify value engineering opportunities and optimal schedule opportunities. 
 
Qualifications 
 5 years minimum of architectural millwork & display project management experience 
 Estimating experience not required but preferred 
 Excellent project planning and time management skills. 
 Task oriented and possess a track record of meeting deadlines & delivering on project 
goals. 
 Logical, methodical and intuitive thinker with ability to independently develop and 
administer action plans in response to challenges. 
 Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scopes concurrently. 
 Results oriented with proven ability to motivate teams to deliver results. 
 Confidence in communicating with all levels of management. 
 Experience managing expectations in a fast paced environment 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
 Knowledge of AWI Standards. 
 Knowledge of Veneer layout, fabrication and installation methods.
